Map & Directions

 

The Main Office for the Lancaster City Housing Authority is located next to the Church Street Towers high rise building at 325 Church Street.

 

The Administrative Offices, which include the Executive Director, Accounting, Personnel, Computer Services, Purchasing, and Central Stores Warehouse are located within the building.  The Section 8 Program and Staff along with Community Basics, Inc. are also located within the Main Office building.

 

The Main Office building was designed by Hammel Associates and built by Benchmark Construction and it became operational in 1997.

Parking Area and Lobby Entrance

The Parking area is accessible from Church Street by using the driveway on the east side of the building or by using the entrances on the Howard Avenue side.  Parking is also available along Church Street.

 

 

The Entrance to the Main Office Building

 is accessible from the Parking area.  Handicap parking spaces and ramps

are provided for your convenience.

The Lobby and Reception area is located

on the first floor directly off

 of the parking area.
